🌐 General Questions
Q: What is LuxaMC?
A: LuxaMC is a high-performance Minecraft network built for competitive survival and tactical teamplay. Right now, we’ve got a custom Lifesteal world and a super competitive Bedwars setup.
Q: When does the server launch?
A: Our first official season (Season 1) is set to launch on May 1st, 2026!
Q: Is the server free to play?
A: Yes! LuxaMC is 100% free to play. We offer optional cosmetic ranks and items in our Store to help cover hosting costs, but we never sell gameplay advantages.
🎮 Technical & Joining
Q: What version do I need to join?
A: We support Java Edition versions 1.8.9 all the way to 1.26.x+. For Bedrock Edition, we support the latest official version. (Just a heads-up: Bedrock currently only supports our Lifesteal server).
Q: Can Java and Bedrock play together?
A: Absolutely! Our Lifesteal server has full cross-play support. However, Bedwars is currently a Java-only experience.
Q: Having some lag? Here's what to try:
A: First, check your internet connection. Then, try lowering your render distance in your settings. Always make sure you're using a supported version (we recommend the latest version for Bedrock).
Q: Stuck on the "Anti-Bot Verification" screen?
A: Our network uses the Sonar security system to keep things safe. If you're blocked: 1. Restart your game. 2. Turn off any VPNs or proxies. 3. Wait a few minutes for the block to expire. Still stuck? Open a ticket in our Discord and we'll help you out!
⚔️ Gameplay & Rules
Q: What happens if I break a rule?
A: We have a fair punishment system. Depending on the severity, you might receive a warning, a temporary mute, or a ban. You can view the full rules on our Rules Page.
Q: Can I appeal a ban?
A: Yes. If you feel like a mistake was made, just join our Discord and open an appeal ticket.
